Statement of Faith

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, the final rule for faith and practice.

 

God

We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

 

Jesus Christ

We believe in the full deity and humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, substitutionary death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, and future return in power and glory.

 

The Holy Spirit

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who indwells, empowers, and equips believers to live godly lives and to carry out Christ’s mission in the world.

 

Salvation

We believe that all people are separated from God by sin and in need of salvation. Redemption is a free gift of God’s grace, received by repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone.

 

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, composed of all true believers, called to worship God, build one another up in love, and proclaim the gospel to the nations.

 

Human Dignity & Family

We believe that every person is created in the image of God and is worthy of respect, love, and protection. We affirm God’s design for the family as the foundation of healthy communities.

 

Mission

We believe the Great Commission is the mandate of Christ to His Church, to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them and teaching them to obey all He commanded.
